Frequently asked questions

Before you book

Who are the courses designed for?

Our courses are designed for technicians, service personnel, dealers and OEM’s who maintain and repair diesel engines. Check the course description for the brands, applications and experience level covered. Registration may be subject to eligibility requirements.

Which engine brands do you cover?

We offer training on John Deere, Yanmar and Rehlko engines and systems. Topics vary by course and may include engine operation, maintenance, fuel systems, electronic diagnostics, controls and aftertreatment.

What training formats are available?

We offer live virtual training and classroom training. Private training can also be requested for your team, either online or at an agreed location. Each scheduled course lists its format and location.

How does virtual training work?

Virtual courses are delivered live through Zoom. Participants can ask questions, follow demonstrations and work through guided exercises with the instructor. Depending on the course, exercises may include interpreting fault codes, reviewing live data and using wiring diagrams to troubleshoot real service issues.

What equipment do I need for virtual training?

Each participant needs their own computer, a stable internet connection and access to Zoom, with working audio and a microphone. A second monitor is recommended.

For courses involving diagnostic software, participants must have the applicable manufacturer software installed and operational, along with any required active licences and access to the manufacturer’s technical information and service portals. Please verify your login credentials and software access before the course.

Any required diagnostic interfaces, cables or equipment will be specified in the course requirements. Review these requirements before registering and contact us if you need clarification.

What does the training fee include?

The fee covers the scheduled instruction, course materials and learning activities described for that course. Check the course listing for pricing, duration and any additional requirements.

How do I register myself or my team?

Select a course and date from the schedule, then complete the registration form with your company information, purchase order and participant details. Seats are available on a first come, first served basis.

How do I know my registration is confirmed?

You will receive an acknowledgement after submitting the form. Once your registration information and purchase order have been reviewed, we will send your confirmation, invoice and course instructions by email.

Do I need to pay online?

No online payment is required when submitting your registration. An invoice will follow by email. Payment is due according to the applicable terms and condition.

Will I receive a certificate or manufacturer training credit?

Certificate and manufacturer training credit requirements vary by course. Attendance, assessments and other completion requirements may apply. Contact us before registering if you need a specific certification or training credit.

What language is the training delivered in?

Check the course details for the language of instruction. For private training, include your preferred language in your request so we can discuss the available options.

What if I need to cancel or send someone else?

Cancellations must be submitted by email. There is no cancellation fee when notice is received at least 14 calendar days before the course start date. Cancellations received 7 to 13 calendar days before the start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations received less than 7 calendar days before the start date, or if the participant does not attend, the full registration fee remains payable.

An eligible replacement from the same company may attend at no additional cost. Please notify us before the course begins.

Can a scheduled course be cancelled?

Yes. Courses may be cancelled or rescheduled if minimum enrollment is not met. In that case, registered participants will be notified by email at least 21 calendar days before the course start date.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering the course, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

If we cancel or reschedule your course, you may choose a full refund of any training fees paid or transfer your registration to another available date. Superior Diesel, Bell Power Systems, New way Power Solutions and Diesel-Bec Solutions de puissance does not cover travel, accommodation or other related expenses (if apply). Please wait for confirmation that the course will proceed before making non-refundable travel arrangements.
